Discussion on Agenda Item #4: The Committee discussed the item regarding establishing a Community Stabilization Policy. Following a detailed discussion on two draft elements of the proposed Community Stabilization Policy, the Committee referred the item to the full Task Force for discussion:

Discussion on Agenda Item #5: The Committee discussed iPDR and SEW uses and their appropriateness in the Western SoMa SUD. Also discussed was the  Auto Sales and Service use.

The Committee voted to:

ü Allow  Auto Sales and Service in the SALI as a Conditional Use and through Conditional Use findings assure that there is no ingress and egress associated with these uses through RED and RED-Mixed Zoning Districts.

ü Allow iPDR uses throughout the SALI.

ü Permit SEW uses anywhere in the W SoMa SUD where office uses are permitted and at the same intensity of permitted office uses.
