Mandatory Discretionary Review of Building Permit Application No. 2003.06.04.6254 pursuant to the Planning Commission's policy requiring review of all residential demolitions. The proposal is to demolish an existing 1-story, residential unit with commercial space in an NC-1 (Neighborhood Commercial Cluster) 40-X Height and Bulk District.
Preliminary Recommendation: Do not take Discretionary Review and Approve Demolition.

Mandatory Discretionary Review of Building Permit Application No. 2003.06.04.6258 pursuant to the Planning Commission's policy for review of all new residential construction. The new construction is also the subject of a Discretionary Review filed by an adjacent neighbor. The proposal is for the new construction of a four-story, four-unit building in an NC-1 (Neighborhood Commercial Cluster) 40-X Height and Bulk District.
Preliminary Recommendation: Do not take Discretionary Review and approve the project.
