Assessor's Block 3775, Lot 8. A Contributory, reinforced concrete six-story
building known as the Blinn Estate Building in the South End Historic District.
The subject property is zoned SSO (Service/Secondary Office) District and
is in a 40-X Height and Bulk District. Request for Architectural Review
Committee review and comment on a proposal to add a metal trellis to the
front outdoor seating area.

PUBLIC COMMENT
At this time, members of the public
may address the Landmarks Board on items of interest to the public that
are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Landmarks Board except
agenda items. With respect to agenda items, your opportunity to address
the Landmarks Board will be afforded when the item has already been reviewed
in a public hearing at which members of the public were allowed to testify
and the Landmarks Board has closed the public hearing. Your opportunity
to address the Landmarks Board must be exercised during the Public Comment
portion of the calendar. Each member of the public may address the Landmarks
Board for up to three minutes. If it is demonstrated that comments by the
public will exceed 15 minutes, the President or chairperson may continue
Public Comment to another time during the meeting.
The Brown Act forbids a commission or board from taking action or discussing any item not appearing on the posted agenda, including those items raised at public comment. In response to public comment, the Board is limited to:
(1) briefly responding to statements made or questions posed by members of the public, or
(2) requesting staff to report back on a matter at a subsequent meeting, or
(3) directing staff to place the item
on a future agenda. (Government Code Section 54954.2(a).).

and 18th Streets. Assessor's Block 3582, Lot 85. The subject property is
City Landmark No. 100; is zoned NCD (Neighborhood Commercial) District
and is in a 40-X Height and Bulk District. Request for Certificate of Appropriateness
for the installation of a roof-top, six antenna wireless telecommunications
facility and support equipment cabinet by Sprint PCS.

7. SECTION 106 (KOONTS)
PIONEER PARK PROJECT, at Coit Tower on Telegraph Hill, along
Telegraph Hill Boulevard. Assessor's Block 86, Lot 12 and Assessor's Block
70, Lot 8. Pioneer Park and Coit Tower are located in a P (Public Use)
District and an OS (Open Space) Height and Bulk District. Coit Tower is
San Francisco Landmark No. 165 and has been determined eligible for the
National Register of Historic Places as an individual entity. Pioneer Park
is not listed as a San Francisco Landmark nor included on the National
Register of Historic Places. San Francisco's Department of Public Works
(DPW), on behalf of the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans)
and the Federal Highways Administration (FHWA), is conducting a Section
106 review of the proposed Pioneer Park Project. The proposed project consists
of physical upgrades to Pioneer Park and the base of Coit Tower. The Landmarks
Preservation Advisory Board will, as a consulting party in the Section
106 review process, review and comment on the Section 106 review process,
review and comment on the Section 106 review reports: Historic Property
Survey Report, Request for Determination of Eligibility Report, and Request
for Determination of Effect Report. The comments of the Landmarks Preservation
Advisory Board will be directed to the lead agency, FHWA, and also considered
by DPW and Caltrans. Public comments will be tape recorded and included
in the minutes of the meeting, and made available to DPW, Caltrans and
FHWA.

NOTE: Material submitted by
the public for Landmarks Board review prior to a scheduled hearing, should
be received at the Planning Department Reception Counter, 1660 Mission
Street, 5th Floor, no later than 5:00 p.m. the Tuesday (eight (8) days)
prior to the scheduled public hearing. Persons unable to attend a hearing
may submit written comments regarding a calendared item to the Board at
the above listed address. Comments received by 11:00 a.m. on the day of
the hearing will be made part of the official record and will be brought
to the attention of the Landmarks Board at the public hearing. Otherwise,
submit material related to a calendared item at the scheduled hearing for
distribution. For complete distribution to all Commissioners, necessary
staff and case/docket/ correspondence files, submit an original and 18
copies.

Hearings are held at City Hall, 1 Dr.
Carlton B. Goodlett Place, Room 400, Fourth Floor, San Francisco, CA. The
closest accessible BART Station is the Civic Center Station located at
the intersection of Market, Hyde and Grove Streets. Accessible curb side
parking has been designated at points along McAllister Street. Accessible
MUNI Lines serving City Hall are the 42 Downtown Loop, 9 San Bruno and
71 Haight/Noriega and the F Line. Accessible MUNI Metro Lines are the J,
K, L, M, and N which stop at the Civic Center and Van Ness Avenue Stations.
