BICYCLE PLAN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT - Informational item to discuss current status of environmental review for the Bicycle Plan - The director will led lead this discussion on a monthly basis until the certification of the Bicycle Plan EIR. The Municipal Transportation Agency Board is also holding concurrent monthly briefings on the status of the Bicycle Plan.

1242 JACKSON STREET - between Jones and Leavenworth Streets; Lots 040, 041, and 042 in Assessor's Block 0183 - Request for Discretionary Review of Building Permit Application No. 2007.1221.1139, proposing to remove the existing stairs and landings at the rear of the subject building, and construct new stairs and decks. The stair/deck structure is proposed to be located at the rear of the subject building along the eastern property line, and would reach the height of the roof. The subject property is located within an RH-3 (Residential, House, 3-Family) District and a 50-X Height and Bulk District.

Preliminary Recommendation: Do not take Discretionary Review and approve project as proposed.
