There has been a time change to the following items at the Landmarks Preservation Advisory Board Regular Meeting. Agenda item nos. 11 and 12 (220-226 Jessie Street), scheduled for 2:15 P.M., will become item nos. 10 and 11, scheduled to be heard at 1:30 P.M.. Item no. 10 (Inner Mission North Cultural Resource Survey Phase II), scheduled for 1:30 P.M., will become item no. 12, scheduled to be heard at 2:30 P.M..

    220-226 JESSIE STREET, The Jessie Street Substation, north side of Mission Street (Jessie Street now vacated) between Third and Fourth Streets. Assessor's Block 3706, Lot 70. A one-story, brick and terra cotta, utilities substation building, built in 1906. The subject property is Landmark No. 87, is zoned C-3-R (Downtown Retail) District and is in a 400-I Height and Bulk District. An informational presentation on the proposed project to construct an addition and adaptively reuse the building as the Contemporary Jewish Museum San Francisco.

A one-story, brick and terra cotta, utilities substation building, built in 1906. The subject property is Landmark No. 87, is zoned C-3-R (Downtown Retail) District and is in a 400-I Height and Bulk District. Consider whether or not to request Planning Department staff to prepare a report regarding the delisting of the Jessie Street Substation as City Landmark No. 87.

    The Landmarks Preservation Advisory Board will consider the following three actions:

        1. Evaluate the owner's objection to the proposed California Historic Resources Status Code (CHRSC) assigned to the property at 1886 Mission Street, and either endorse the proposed CHRSC of 3CS, or determine based on historical evidence and evaluation criteria, an alternate status code;

        2. Adopt a resolution recommending to the Planning Commission, endorsement of the Inner Mission North Cultural Resource Survey (California Department of Parks and Recreation Survey Forms (DPR 523A, 523 B, 523D and 523L) and;

        3. Endorse the document entitled - Phase Two: Inner Mission North Cultural Resource Survey Summary Report and Revised Context Statement.
