SPECIAL CALENDAR
1. COMMISSION SECRETARY SEARCH – The Commission Secretary Search Sub-Committees of the Planning Commission and Historic Preservation Commission will meet to discuss and identify steps to take to fill the Commissions Secretary position.
Staff from the Department of the Human Resources will provide an update and review the selection process for a Commission Secretary for the Planning Commission and Historic Preservation Commission.
Discussion and possible action.
2. CLOSED SESSION – Discussion and possible action for the Sub-Committees to convene a Closed Session regarding a public employee appointment/hiring: the Commission’s Secretary.
2a. Public Comment on matters to be considered for discussion in Closed Session.
2b. Consider Adoption of Motion on Whether to Assert the Personnel Exception Regarding the Matters Listed Below – (San Francisco Administrative Code 67.10 (b).)
THE JOINT SUB-COMMITTEES MAY ELECT TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING:
2c. COMMISSION SECRETARY SEARCH – The Joint Sub-Committees may meet in closed session pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.10(b) and Government Code Section 54957(b) to review and discuss potential candidates, applications and questions which may be used during the interview process to fill the vacant Commission Secretary for the Planning Commission and Historic Preservation Commission.
FOLLOWING THE CLOSED SESSION, THE JOINT SUB-COMMITTEES WILL RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION.
2d. Following the Closed Session, the Joint Sub-Committees will report in Open Session on any action taken during the Closed Session and will consider a motion regarding whether to disclose any part of the discussions during Closed Session.
3. ADJOURNMENT
For entrance, sign in at the front desk in the building’s lobby and proceed to the Reception Desk in Suite 400 for directions to Room 431.
