1. COMMISSION SECRETARY SEARCH – The Commission Secretary Search Sub-Committees of both the Planning and Historic Preservation Commissions (Joint Sub-committees) will meet to discuss and identify steps to take to fill the Commission Secretary position. The Joint Sub-Committees will consider whether or not to accept the proposed reconsideration of allocation for Commission Secretary at the Planning Commission and Historic Preservation Commission.
