1. COMMISSION SECRETARY SEARCH – The Commission Secretary Search Sub-Committees of both the Planning and Historic Preservation Commissions (Joint Sub-committees) will meet to discuss and identify steps to take to fill the Commission Secretary position once the current position becomes vacant in the fall. The Joint Sub-committees will review and discuss the response from the Department of Human Resources regarding the job classification, and other topics as they may relate to this position.
