1. COMMISSION SECRETARY SEARCH – The Commission Secretary Search Sub-Committees of both the Planning and Historic Preservation Commissions (Joint Sub-committees) will meet to discuss and identify steps to take to fill the Commission Secretary position once the current position becomes vacant in the fall. The Joint Sub-committees will review and discuss the response from the Executive Director of the Department of Human Resources regarding the job classification, and other topics as they may relate to this position.
