NEW MISSION THEATER, 2550 Mission Street – Assessor's Block 3616 Lot 007, Bounded by 21st, Bartlett, and 22nd Streets. Informational presentation at project site and tour of the property with Project Sponsor, Architect of Record, and Conservator to discuss the proposed project to rehabilitate theater to include kitchen, dining, and full-bar facilities, front lobby seismic upgrade, and marquee and pylon sign restoration (designed by Timothy Pfleuger).

Board Comments:
A Board Member asked if the original material within the Promenade Lobby was going to be re-used? Suggested displaying documentation of the building history. Other questions included: What is the timeframe for completion of this project? Will there be seismic upgrade done on the entire building. What are the plans for the dome ceilings?
