A. SPECIAL CALENDAR
1. COMMISSION SECRETARY SEARCH – The Commission Secretary Search Sub-Committees of both the Planning and Historic Preservation Commissions (Joint Sub-committees) will meet to discuss and identify steps to take to fill the Commission Secretary position once the current position becomes vacant in the fall. The Joint Sub-committees could consider the following: review and discuss the final draft of the Commission Secretary job description with suggested revisions from the Historic Preservation Commission and/or Planning Commission; status of and/or any response to letter sent to Executive Director, Department of Human Resources regarding job classification for the position; and review and discuss other related topics.
B. CLOSED SESSION
2. Public Comment on matters to be considered for discussion in Closed Session.
THE JOINT SUB-COMMITTEES MAY GO INTO CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING:
3. COMMISSION SECRETARY SEARCH – The Joint Sub-Committees may meet in closed session pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.10(b) and Government Code Section 54957(b) to discuss and establish interview questions as part of the on-going process to fill the Commission Secretary position once it becomes vacant.
FOLLOWING THE CLOSED SESSION, THE JOINT SUB-COMMITTEES WILL RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION.
4. Following the Closed Session, the Joint Sub-Committees will report in Open Session on any action taken during the Closed Session and will consider a motion regarding whether to disclose any part of the discussions during Closed Session.
