COMMISSION SECRETARY POSITION – The Commission Secretary Search Sub-Committees of both the Planning and Historic Preservation Commissions will meet to discuss and identify steps to take to fill the Commission Secretary position once the current position becomes vacant in the fall. The joint sub-committees could consider the following: review and discuss the final draft of the Commission Secretary job description; discuss and finalize the venues identified previously for advertising of the job announcement; continue to discuss and establish candidate screening criteria; and review and discuss other related topics.
