COMMISSION SECRETARY POSITION – The Commission Secretary Search Sub-Committees of both the Planning and Historic Preservation Commissions will meet to discuss and identify steps to take to fill the Commission Secretary position once the current position becomes vacant in the fall. The joint sub-committees could consider the following: review and discussion of the draft Commission Secretary job description; discuss and establish candidate screening criteria; discuss and identify venues for advertising the job announcement; and review and discuss other related topics.
