LANDMARKS PRESERVATION ADVISORY BOARD MEETING
CITY HALL
1 DR. CARLTON B. GOODLETT PLACE, ROOM 400
August 17, 2005
12:40 P.M. ROLL CALL
FOR FULL LANDMARKS BOARD CONSIDERATION
MEMBERS PRESENT: CHAN, CHERNY, DEARMAN, KOTAS, MALEY, MARTINEZ,
SHATARA, SKRONDAL, STREET
PUBLIC COMMENT
Joe Butler: He attempted to display architectural photos from the early 20th century but was unable because of technical difficulties with the AV equipment by staff members. He stated that he would provide the Board Members with copies.
Bradley Weidmier: He submitted documents requesting that the Coronet Theater be considered for landmark status. The construction date for the Coronet Theater in the DEIR is based on a building that is three doors down the street with the same address. He believes the date is false and that the DEIR contains numerous inaccurate statements.
