1. STAFF REPORT AND ANNOUNCEMENTS

      Neil Hart, Chief

      Neighborhood Planning:

      • Announced that on April 1st , the Dogpatch Historic District was heard and approved at the Board of Supervisors (first reading) by a vote of +11 -1.

      3. PRESIDENT'S REPORT AND ANNOUNCEMENTS

      None.

    4. MATTERS OF THE BOARD

    • Consideration of and decision to send a letter to the Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA) regarding the deterioration of the Aquatic Park Pier and discussion on the content of the letter. (Skrondal)

      • Vice President Skrondal was asked to write the letter to GGNRA stating what has been observed over the last couple of years. (concrete eroding, large holes in the walls and walking surface, exposed rebar.

      • The Landmarks Board will state in the letter, their interest in knowing of GGNRA's repair plans scheduled for the pier and would welcome the opportunity to have the Landmarks Board review them.

      February 19 - Continued - no quorum.

      March 19 - It was moved by Vice President Skrondal (seconded by Samuels) to approve the draft action minutes. The vote was unanimous.
