PIERS 1-1/2, 3 and 5, The Embarcadero, east side between Washington Street and Broadway. Assessor's Block 9900, Lots 1H, 3 and 5H. The project has been the subject of environmental review pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). This review will result in the adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration (Case No. 2001.0448E) and the San Francisco Environmental Review Officer has determined that the proposal would not result in a significant effect on the environment, provided it is implemented in accordance with the required mitigation measures.
