Amended Joint Hearing Notice

& Recreation /Park Commission
The Recreation and Parks Commission did not convene at the Joint Hearing with the Planning Commission scheduled for Thursday, November 19th at 10:30 a.m. However, the Planning Commission convened the hearing in order to hear the informational presentation from Planning Department staff and took public comment on the matter. No action was taken.

UPDATES ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PLANNING CODE SECTION 295 - Consideration of a Memorandum to Implement Section 295 of the Planning Code, which would update procedures, definitions, and criteria for analysis of shadows. This memorandum, if adopted by the Recreation and Parks Commission and the Planning Commission at a later hearing, would supersede the Memo adopted jointly by the Recreation and Parks Commission and the Planning Commission on February 7, 1989.
