Amended Joint Hearing Notice of the

RECREATION AND PARK COMMISSION
NOTICE:
The Recreation and Parks Commission will not be convening at the Joint Hearing with the Planning Commission scheduled for Thursday, November 19th at 10:30 a.m. However, the Planning Commission will convene the hearing in order to hear the informational presentation from Planning Department staff and will take public comment on the matter. No action will be taken and a joint hearing with the Recreation and Parks Commission will be scheduled for a later date.

UPDATES ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PLANNING CODE SECTION 295 - Consideration of a Memorandum to Implement Section 295 of the Planning Code, which would update procedures, definitions, and criteria for analysis of shadows. This memorandum, if adopted by the Recreation and Parks Commission and the Planning Commission at a later hearing, would supersede the Memo adopted jointly by the Recreation and Parks Commission and the Planning Commission on February 7, 1989.
