      The Zoning Administrator seeks the advice of the Landmarks Preservation Advisory Board on whether the scope of the project as executed fall within the scope of work approved under the Certificate of Appropriateness authorization.

      7. 2004.0031A (LIGHT: 415/558-6254)

      212 UNION STREET, north side of block between Sansome and Montgomery Street. Assessor's Block 106, Lot 67 - A Certificate of Appropriateness was granted on January 23, 2004, to modify a previously approved alteration to alter the façade of a two-story-over-basement, wood-frame, residential cottage building. Concerns have been raised about the extent of the modifications and whether they are in general conformity with the Certificate of Appropriateness.
