1. Review and possible revision of the DRAFT W SoMa Planning Code Use Matrix,Notes, and Definitions – including Draft Executive Summary
ü ACTION – Motion passed Committee Vote 5-0-1, Public 0-0-3
Motion passed to forward DRAFT Planning Code Use Matrix to the full Task Force for their consideration. Minor adjustments to the Group Housing and Other Entertainment use categories were moved with this committee action.
2. Large and medium development site requirements and build out performance standards
ü ACTION – Committee authorized staff to begin drafting Medium, Large and Very Large development site Conditional Use procedures for the Western SoMa Special Use District. Recommendation from Business and Land Use was to continue working on the “minimization of conflicts” with the Complete Neighborhood Fabric Committee of the Task Force.
